If you are within the 90 days of your purchase or 3,000 miles, your warranty is with us, so please use the enquiry form on this page to contact us (please don’t call the sales line as they can’t help and will direct you back here).

If your 90 day warranty has expired and you bought an extended warranty please contact Handler Protect, our 3rd party warranty partner, on 0800 044 3131. Please quote the registration (VRM) when you call them.

Please note: if you’re out of the 90 day warranty period and you didn't purchase an extended warranty, your vehicle no longer has a warranty.
