Your Warranty Status:

Within 90 Days or 3,000 Miles (Whichever Comes First):

If your vehicle is still within the 90-day or 3,000-mile period from the date of purchase, your warranty is covered by us directly. To raise an issue, please use the After Sales Enquiry Form on this page. Kindly refrain from contacting the Sales Team, as they are unable to assist with aftersales matters and will redirect you here.

Extended Warranty Holders:

If your 90-day warranty period has expired and you purchased an extended warranty, please contact our third-party warranty provider, Handler Protect, directly on 0800 044 3131. Be sure to have your vehicle registration number (VRM) available when calling.

No Active Warranty:

If you are outside the 90-day warranty period and did not purchase extended cover, unfortunately your vehicle is no longer under warranty.
